Select Click Here to Log In. In the Account Log-in Options box, select Click Here to Get Started. Enter your contact information. Click Create Account.

 

a. While logged in, click Property Search on the navigation bar on the left.

b. On the Map Search page, specify search criteria: price range, # bedrooms, # baths, year built, square feet, etc. Use the Draw Box tool to draw a box around the geographical area of interest, or enter a zip code.

 

 Click Start Search.

 

On the Map Search Results page, click either:

a. Refine Search to change search criteria.

b. Save Search to save this search and begin to receive listing notifications.

 

5. Specify how you want to receive notifications.

In the Save Your Search dialog box, type a Search Title, and choose:

a. Instantly

b. Nightly

 

Click Save this Search Criteria.

 

You will receive email notifications whenever a home is listed that meets your criteria.

 

Log out when you are finished setting up this notification. Log in any time you want to change search criteria or create a new search.
